At Estovio, we aim to keep returns and refunds clear and practical. This policy explains when items may be returned, how refunds are handled, and what to do if there is an issue with your order.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging when available.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Items that have been used, damaged, altered, or cleaned after delivery
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items returned without reasonable proof of purchase
  • Gift cards or digital products, if offered
  • Items marked as final sale, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, include clear photos of the item and packaging.
  3. We will review your request and send return instructions if the item is eligible.
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. We cannot confirm receipt of returns lost in transit.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an incorrect item, damaged item, or another issue caused by our fulfillment process.

Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the refund is related to an order issue that we caused.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Approved refunds are usually initiated within 5 business days after inspection. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

If you need a different item, contact us first. Depending on availability, we may offer an exchange or ask you to place a new order after the return is approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. Include your order number and photos so we can review the issue.

Order Cancellations

If you want to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped, we will try to cancel it and issue a refund. If the order has already shipped, please follow the return process after delivery.
